a few short questions about your request and send your answers directly to our clinical team.
This means:
• No waiting on hold
• Your request reaches the right person more quickly
• A clinician reviews every request before any action is taken
You can ask to speak to a receptionist at any point. Andi is available Monday to Friday during practice opening
hours.
