How Do I Request a Home Visit? |

Patients are requested to telephone
before 10.00am if medical
assistance is required that day.
Visits normally take place after
2.00pm.
We always request, that apart from
the genuinely housebound, that all
other patients would try to attend
the surgery rather than request a
home visit because of the extra time
home visiting takes. On average 5
patients can be seen in surgery in
the time it takes to do 1 house
call.
Please note that the doctor may
telephone you rather than visit you
if this is medically appropriate.
