Unattended Appointments
Summerhill Surgery operates a robust
Did Not Attend policy. The Surgery
writes to every patient who fails to
attend a booked appointment. For any
patient who fails to attend three
booked appointments in a twelve
month period, consideration will be
given to removing them from our list
of registered patients.
