We operate a Practice Complaints
Procedure to deal with complaints
about the services we provide. Our
Practice Manager can give you
further information.
Our aim is to give you with the
highest possible standard of service
within the financial and operational
parameters of the NHS and we will
try to deal swiftly with any
problems that may occur. The
procedure meets national criteria,
as part of the NHS system for
dealing with complaints (our
practice procedure is not able to
deal with questions of legal
liability or compensation). We hope
that most problems can be resolved
easily and quickly, preferably at
the time they arise and with the
person concerned. If, however, you
wish to make a complaint, it should
be addressed to Stephen Harris, the
Practice Manager.
